Fairy Godmother Travel® is looking for self-driven people with a broad knowledge of travel planning and a particular passion for all things Disney to join our team of experienced​ travel agents. We’re searching for individuals who love to plan vacations and travel, and who can potentially offer unsurpassed service to their clients (no previous experience required, as we provide training!).

 

You will curate pixie-dusted vacations for your clients, no matter where they wish to travel in the world. This process will involve working individually with your traveling client to ensure that you understand their preferences along with budget. As part of your service to your clients, you will assist in making dining reservations, activities, accommodations, and any other travel related requests to create the best vacation experience possible.

 

You will also monitor vacation package pricing to ensure that your clients are receiving the best pricing and vacation inclusions available.

Our most successful travel agents have great organizational skills, interpersonal skills and are self-motivated. Since you will be responsible for developing your own client base, it is essential to maintain consistency in your work efforts.

 

You will determine your own hours (full or part time) and work from home. There are very low threshold required sales minimums.  You should expect to be available for your guests when they are traveling, in the event of unexpected challenges.

At least 5 visits to Disney Destinations or if you wish to specialize in another area, at least 5 trips to another destination, with at least one of those in the past 24 months

Well developed knowledge of Disney Destinations, Universal Parks & Resorts or at least one other area of travel (such as ocean and river cruising, particular continent travel [Asia, Europe, Africa, Australia, North/South America, Antarctica], all-inclusive resorts, tropical destinations, individual/group life events  such as honeymoons, destination weddings, family reunions, etc.)

Active user of social media (minimum use of at least one platform such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok or blog)
